Before joining Tripsmarter, he spent his career in senior management at a global pharmaceutical distribution company, where his work included transportation technology supporting critical logistics.

John oversees the systems and technology that support Tripsmarter's travel programs and daily operations. His focus includes the platforms we use to monitor trips, identify disruptions, support rapid rebooking, and provide duty-of-care oversight throughout the traveler journey.

He ensures that our technology does more than process travel—it gives our advisors the visibility and tools to proactively solve complex travel situations.
