Keri brings more than 20 years of experience in patient advocacy and clinical trial logistics, with a career focused on helping people access care when geography, mobility, or complex treatment requirements make travel difficult.

Originally from Long Island and studied at Boston University, Keri spent six years in Europe supporting clinical programs that helped participants from rural communities reach treatment sites in major urban centers. That experience shaped her approach to clinical travel and gave her a strong understanding of the practical challenges participants face long before they ever arrive at a study site.

As Senior Director of Clinical Logistics, Keri oversees participant, investigator, and study-related travel for Tripsmarter. Her focus is on making sure every trip is managed with the highest level of care and precision, while recognizing that clinical travel is often deeply personal for the people involved.
