Michael brings a background in client implementation and operational program management, with experience turning complex requirements into practical, working programs.

A Chicago native and Northwestern graduate, Michael has spent much of his career leading client launches, managing transitions, and bringing together the people, processes, and decisions needed to move a program from planning into operation. His experience has given him a strong understanding of how to keep implementations organized, resolve issues early, and maintain momentum through launch.

Michael leads the setup and launch of new Tripsmarter programs. He works closely with clients to define requirements, establish workflows, prepare traveler and program information, coordinate testing, and make sure the service is ready before rollout. His priority is to get it right upfront so the programs work the way they should from day one.
